Being overweight is something that no one likes. And there are no good and fast weight loosing techniques available that can guarantee you some good life long solution for your problem. But if you are determined to loose weight then try this, you will surely get best results that will be visible gradually. Whenever you wake up in the morning, just have a glass of warm water, add some lemon juice and two spoons of honey and have it when warm only. And every night take some laxactive that do not harm and for this you need to consult a doctor and you see your fat vanishing slowly but permanently.
