All set for Hungarian Gran Prix on August 1-3, 2008. Will Lewis Hamilton extends his lead to his Ferrari rivals or Ferrari drivers regain their championship points?
Being a F1 driver you need to be physically fit in order to battle for around 5Gs effect on 1 hour and half to 2 hours race. The whole body must respond to vast force during high-speed throttle and braking. Mind and heart beat must be conditioned at any time of the race, thus reaction time during maneuvering and team directives are well executed. They are not just sitting the whole race but with coordinated body and mind to success. Aerobics fitness and brain simulation exercises must in high level to be competitive to this high stake sports.
Recent studies show that differing style of driving to Formula 1 drivers compensate tyres performance. An aggressive driver tends to wear his tyre quicker than a more compassionate driver. Drivers feedback to his engineers must be a responsibility for car improvement and performance dependability.
